Know thy Body

It's important to know some facts when you have been to your gyno. Did you have a pap, did you get an HPV test, were you screened for HIV. Same goes for surgery: if you had breast cancer did you have lymph nodes tested or removed for instance. It has come to light that not everyone is getting their health history straight. This is for a variety of reasons, and electronic record keeping has not quite solved the problem for patients. But one of the important things to figure out with your gyno: What do I need to know about my health history.
