Tofu before You Are Legal?

Tofu's benefits are best garnered early. In 2007 the FDA allowed soy to be labeled as heart healthy. But, no surprise, to little to late, is never the answer for our heart ills. It turns out in a publication in Menopause; reported on (Reuters Health) Apr 02 - Eating extra soy for one year doesn't help postmenopausal women cut their cholesterol levels. So start young, and get out those cook books to get some soy in your diet often and EARLY women! And though tofu is a good food, it isn't getting rid of HF if you hold off until way past you are legal to go for some!
