Incontinence? Take a vitamin (D)

TheNHANES data has now linked low Vitamin D with pelvic floor problems and urinary incontinence. This was true of all age groups! They were stimulated to look for this because Vitamin D has been associated with left-leg muscle strength (not sure what happens with the right leg, I'll have to do some checking, presumably that was the constant and not that the right leg muscle doesn't care about Vitamin D levels).
